Straight out of the game's own skill window. The description, the cooldowns and the formulas are the text the client draws, word for word, for every skill here. Element, number of hits and what has to be in your hand, under How it works, come from the server's table instead, which is an older copy: it answers for the shape of a skill, never for a number of one.
